These restrictions might end up pissing you off if you were just a power gamer hoping to have a reliable animal companion with super strong abilities, but if you just want an adorable companion, then these new quests could make you even happier. Try to give your DM enough of a vision of what you’re hoping for that they can build out and shape a new adventure that pleases the whole party (and doesn’t make your fellow players feel like they’re missing out on the fun).
