My therapy is myself and my own research. Writing down your feelings also helps a great deal; it forces you to coherently express and learn from your own thoughts. You can do that on your own, but I do find things like Quora very helpful. It allows you to answer questions you may not have asked yourself, and get some feedback if you’re lucky. Granted, the feedback isn’t always helpful, but it can be. Aside from answering introspective questions, I’ve also been able to find, read and discuss with people who share similar problems. It really helps to have some outside input.
