I also want to add that you're very smart for asking because even though drugs are not listed as a controlled substance in the US anywhere in the world the same drug could be causing problems. Take Seroquel for example, which is more powerful than any Benzo on our controlled substance list. It's very popular for its sedation with addicts and is now a controlled substance in Australia.
