Is work always the priority, and rest and play only happens as an exception? I’d recommend making sure you have some fun/play during the week, and make sure and take mental and physical breaks during the work week, so play/rest aren't continually being your last priority. The Lorentz transformations work perfectly for an object at rest in relation to the frame of reference in which it is being measured. 📷
