The timing has to be right let the virus spread to 1,000’s, kill more, send the economy into turmoil & strain the NHS to it’s limits. Having more old people in the population has more risk because they are vulnerable as in the case of italy, im an italian resident but in the phil til May. While I don't know for certain I'm thinking one or more of the pneumonia shots might help (the lungs).
